Run

Run was the theme for this next photo session. He just turned one and he is a non-stop, on the go kinda guy. It blew me away...and he is so fast too! He keeps mom and dad moving and this photographer sure got a work out today!

We were able to stop him oh about 1/200 of a second...but then he was off again.

He was so much fun and isn't he adorable?

Next Family...

The Little Guy in this next family belongs to the small voice on the other end of telephone the night my daughter received her first phone call. It's too early to make wedding plans but I still like to joke with his mom about the two of them!

and to me, this next pictures is just SO HIM!

Mini-Session Madness!

Had a great time shooting these families today! Three sessions to post tonight!

This family decided to stretch their schedule a bit to make room for a mini-session. They get to leave tomorrow for some beautiful weather and time with family further north. Both the boys were so much fun and mom and dad did okay too ;)

uh-oh, she's TWO

I was a bit nervous about this session. When planning out a session I think about all the members of the family and try to have an idea of poses and what to do. Well I knew everyone in the family would be great...except for maybe one...the TWO year old! I planned on her giving me a run for the money :) She is a doll, cute as can be, but come on, she is TWO!

Well, I had absolutely NOTHING to worry about, in fact she probably spoiled me a bit! She was a BLAST! She had a connection with me, well that and the candy in my pocket - mom came prepared! Let's not forget to mention big sister, was a pro, she LOVED to pose for me. And baby sister? Well you can't get any cuter! I had so much fun with them and I think they had a good time too! Here is a very small preview. I hope you enjoy! (oh and thanks for the candy! - I had a little treat myself on the way home :)

Sisters!

I had to have some fun again with this family! As I was driving to their session I remember what seemed like yesterday driving to their home to photograph the newest member of the family. But it wasn't yesterday, It was almost a whole YEAR ago! Yep, little miss is turning a year old right after Thanksgiving! I simply can't believe it...but maybe that is because she is only a few short weeks younger than my Little Man!

She, unlike my Little Man, is walking. AND she very much enjoyed doing so :) She gave me and her parents quite a workout! Big sister was FABULOUS and was so patient with her Litte Sister! I think she enjoyed being a model!

Next up! The Lashbrook Family!

One fun session right after the other! I just love this family! We had a GREAT time together at the mini-session tonight. I couldn't wait to see some of these pictures! In fact, when I got in the car I couldn't resist scrolling through them on my camera screen!

Take a look at this beautiful young lady. Doesn't she have gorgeous hair? She started out with it in a ponytail but we were able to convince her to let it down.

Mini-Session - Johnson Family!

I could not be more happy with the way my first two mini-sessions went today! Here is a quick preview of the Johnson Family. Clothing so very well planned that it looked like they walked out of a magazine...good job mom! And have you ever seen so many gorgeous smiles! I had so much fun with them! Thanks for allowing me to be your photographer!
